What is Bootcamp?
Bootcamp is a high-energy fitness program that combines cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and functional movements into one dynamic workout. Inspired by military training, our Bootcamp classes are crafted to challenge participants of all fitness levels and help them achieve their personal fitness goals.
High-Intensity Training: Bootcamp exercises are designed to push participants to their limits, using high-intensity interval training (HIIT) principles. This approach alternates between short bursts of intense activity and periods of rest or lower intensity, maximizing calorie burn and improving cardiovascular fitness.
Varied Workouts: Bootcamp workouts incorporate a mix of exercises to keep the routines engaging and challenging. Common components include:
